Registration
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, conference materials and the following meals and networking events: Lunch on Wednesday (Sept. 16th, 2015) and Thursday (Sept. 17th, 2015), reception of the Landscape Group (LRG) on Wednesday (Sept. 16th, 2015) at 17:00, daily coffee breaks. All other meals are on your own. Conference dinner and field trip will be available for additional fees. All fees are in Euro.
In order to be eligible for the reduced member registration fee (for professional or student), you must be a current member of the Landscape Research Group (LRG) with fully paid membership dues.
Cancellation policy: The conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail (LRG2015@ioer.de) about the cancellation of the registration. Your payment will be refunded minus a 50 EUR administrative fee if we receive your cancellation notice by August 31st, 2015. After August 31st, 2015, no refunds will be allowed.
The names and affiliations (without email addresses) of all conference delegates who register by August 10th, 2015, will be included in the programme booklet.
