Fees
The fees for the "Energy Landscapes 2015" conference include presentations and keynotes, conference programme, reception, lunches, coffees and teas. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included. The conference dinner (Thursday, September 17th) must be booked separately.
As well as offering fine food and wine, the conference dinner will be the perfect opportunity to get together and socialize, to make new contacts and meet old friends. Participation in the conference dinner costs 45 EUR (all participants).
The field trip also has to be booked separately at a cost of 30 EUR (all participants), which includes transport and lunch.
Cancellation policy: The conference secretariat must be notified by e-mail (LRG2015@ioer.de) about the cancellation of the registration. Your payment will be refunded minus a 50 EUR administrative fee if we receive your cancellation notice by August 31st, 2015. After August 31st, 2015, no refunds will be allowed.
